A great place to stay, the host is attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. Positive: The location is great for us, we love all the restaurants and shops on Park. Also walkable to University Avenue farmers market, groceries, and restaurants. Negative: It can be noisy at night from the local restaurants and bars.

Great location and super comfortable apartment. Positive: Top notch Airbnb apartment, excellent location and very well tastefully furnished. Mark was an extremely helpful and friendly responsive host. Car parking was great to have under the porch (we had a suv and it fit perfectly). Everything around San Diego was easy to access and get around to. Clean apartment and appliances, including excellent coffee! Good Omen cafe next door was awesome and many good restaurants around the neighborhood including sonny's pizza and park street restaurant for food. We had a lovely stay, spacious and comfortable spot for a small family or couple. Highly recommend a stay here! Nice safe neighborhood too. Would love to be back here sometime again! Negative: Nothing at all, everything was perfect and you will be well taken care of here!

Clean and nice private unit in the middle of everything. Host was great and check in was a breeze.

Cute apartment in University Heights neighborhood Positive: Clean and modern, located right next to a coffee shop and other restaurants. Safe residential area too. Very convenient to have free parking right there. There are some books, games , and puzzles, which I enjoyed! Negative: No issues to note!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Positive: Food at "Bahn Thai" was good. It is in a walking distance. Other sightseeing places also easy to access. Negative: Parking space was little tight. We had to park in and go out very carefully.
