A great place to stay, the host is attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. Positive: The location is great for us, we love all the restaurants and shops on Park. Also walkable to University Avenue farmers market, groceries, and restaurants. Negative: It can be noisy at night from the local restaurants and bars.

Great location and super comfortable apartment. Positive: Top notch Airbnb apartment, excellent location and very well tastefully furnished. Mark was an extremely helpful and friendly responsive host. Car parking was great to have under the porch (we had a suv and it fit perfectly). Everything around San Diego was easy to access and get around to. Clean apartment and appliances, including excellent coffee! Good Omen cafe next door was awesome and many good restaurants around the neighborhood including sonny's pizza and park street restaurant for food. We had a lovely stay, spacious and comfortable spot for a small family or couple. Highly recommend a stay here! Nice safe neighborhood too. Would love to be back here sometime again! Negative: Nothing at all, everything was perfect and you will be well taken care of here!

Clean and nice private unit in the middle of everything. Host was great and check in was a breeze.

What a fantastic place in the middle of University Heights, yet easy to shut out the city life with windows that deaden any sound and black out curtains! Love this spot, right off Park in Universe Heights, near coffee shops, pizza restaurants and breweries, and just a brief drive off the freeway after you exit. Parking was great, tucks under the outdoor balcony that has a wonderfully intimate vibe, again in the center of the city(!) due to how they've arranged the wood slats.Spacious shower and master bedroom, delightful kitchen with a big window at the end. Just a supremely comfortable place to sleep or work in the middle of University Heights!

I chose this location because I relocated to San Diego. This VRBO has several positive attributes (kitchenette/dog friendly/ clean/ safe) that made this the perfect spot for me to transition into my new apartment. I would recommend this rental to anyone.
