Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Positive: Food at "Bahn Thai" was good. It is in a walking distance. Other sightseeing places also easy to access. Negative: Parking space was little tight. We had to park in and go out very carefully.

A nice middle ground between cheap motels and expensive hotels, situated in a great neighborhood. Positive: "I've stayed in every blue-light cheap hotel" around SDSU and this was a nice upgrade without paying for the Marriot. Negative: Not much really. Easy access to freeway and thus SDSU or the beaches. It was a very pleasant stay.
