My family really enjoyed the pool,ping pong table and spa. They should add more pillow cases and to. Positive: Super easy getting into the gate and the house.

The home was more spacious than we thought. Plenty of room for family indoors and out. Enjoyed time by the firepit in the evenings and the hot tub. Host was very responsive and helpful. Quiet area in a dead end street. Short drive to orchards and wine tasting. Would stay again.

Home was perfect for our family gathering, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the spa, kitchen was adequately supplied with appliances, dishes, and utensils. We also enjoyed the pool table.The home was conveniently located near where our son lives and a reasonable distance from San Diego. We appreciated the nice neighborhood as well.The owner responded promptly to our questions and concerns.We did have some small issues:Some of the outdoor lights overlooking the pool area did not work.The tv in the downstairs master bedroom did not work.The home is very sparsely furnished.There were no comfortable chairs in master bedrooms for reading quietly or putting on shoes.Sofas were nice but no individual chairs in living room.Additional artwork and decor on shelves would make the home more attractive.Dressers were small and used as nightstands in some bedrooms.Regular nightstands with table lamps would have been more convenient.We know the owner purchased the property within the last year or so and is probably in the process of acquiring more furnishings and updating the window treatments.Overall, we were happy with our choices and wish the owner success as a vrbo owner.

Our family was able to be together and have an enjoyable time. Positive: We enjoyed the kitchen - supplies, overall facility, pool and yards and the location. Having 2 full size refrigerators and two ovens was a plus. Having a large washer and dryer was helpful, as well. Overall, the house was comfortable. Negative: We did not like the broken toilet seat and dirty toilet, nor the missing blinds. The Food pantry was empty but sticky - spilled sugar on the shelves. The downstairs room next to the garage is not a bedroom because it does not have a closet. The plug on the floor in the family room was cracked and a hazard. The handheld shower upstairs in the master bathroom was inoperable.
