The charges of daily cleaning was a rip off. The location is good. The living room y Uy Positive: Walking distance to a lot of places and restaurants in Little Italy. Negative: The toiletries provided ( shampoo, conditioner,)were not enough for 4 people. A charge for daily cleaning were imposed but through out our stay no cleaning were done daily. The towels provided were thin and rough . I suggest to provide new and soft towels .

Functional but not anything more. Positive: Good sound and heat insulation - planes frequent but not really a problem for a short stay. It really is right under the airport landing strip! Good aircon and fans. Excellent set of sharp kitchen knives. Good coffee machine (use for tea too, without a coffee pod!) Negative: The property is a bit ‘tired’ with several fairly easy-to-fix items: Sofa bed is old and partly broken, needed cleaning on first use. Shower head is only 5’8 high. There were five of us, but only had Four kitchen chairs, three knives, one teaspoon. Ancient oven (but does work). No oven mitt. No tea towels. No pizza cutter. Thin towels. Mould on rail in main bedroom’s bathroom Two broken blinds. Driveway would be crowded with three cars on - luckily the other properties mostly didn’t use their one space each.

Comfortable stay Positive: Central location, great space for our family of 4

Disappointing Positive: We gave a rating of 4 only because the location was great.. The kitchen was well stocked Negative: We need to be honest and hope these comments are viewed as constructive. Upon entering, we were aware of a musty, closed-up smell. Walking to the bedroom, I had cob webs across my face. The closet doors fell off in both bedrooms. Four of the blinds were damaged, and no curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. The furniture was well-used, second-hand store junk that needed replacing. The tiny TV in the living room had no dedicated remote, required manual on/off and volume control. We did not try the larger TV in the bedroom, which probably should be in the living room. Could have used a touch of heat, although it was tolerable. There was no visible pilot at the furnace. The thermostat was set at 80, apparently others before us tried to get heat. No pressure balancing at the shower - when water was run in another part of the apartment, the shower temperature changed. The towels were worn. We looked forward to a nice, comfortable stay and were somewhat disappointed. To give a 5-star review, you need to offer a 5-star product.
